2020, Off to the races

I started writing down all the places we are headed to this year. A rough draft, things always change of course. So far we have 10 solid yes’s. Granted, most of them are going to be work trips for Drew, but we will be going some pretty places. And of course back and forth to Washington. I wanted a place to be able to write down everything and post as many photos as i want, without overwhelming Facebook or Instagram. Less shoving it in peoples faces. If you’re looking at my blog its because you want to be here. Right?!
So Far-

Houston, February 5th-8th. This is Drew’s yearly kickoff for conferences. Kind of the Superbowl for oil and gas conferences.I guess, ha! There is so much money at this conference. The deals, the parties, the clothes they’re wearing. Last year I feel i made a little fool of myself drinking, this year i wont. At least I hope. Hahah. we went to the zoo and the science museum, and they were awesome. This year I am shooting to go to the aquarium. Broccoli is coming along and i have found some good dog parks. We were planning on staying in San Antonio or Austin before or after, but now that this year is getting so busy, were just headed home.
Taos- February 21st- 23rd. This will be my favorite I think. I was so sad we missed all of the snow, we decided to head to new mexico to find it. Where was all this winter we were promised?! I mean, I know…But why get into it. Broccoli of course coming too. I found a cross country ski park that allows dogs, so were very excited!
Shelton, 18th of April. Grandma Bunny’s 90th Birthday!!! Im so excited. And of course, Broccoli will be there too.
Costa Rica, May 6th- 10th. Flying into Liberia, staying in Tamarindo! Broccoli will not be joining us then!
Fort Worth, May 23rd- May 24th. Ivan’s 38th birthday present from Mandy is Kenny G tickets, so we will all go down and stay the night! Cant decide is Broccoli is coming or not.
Shelton, August 6th- 21st. Ill be only with Broccoli then. My parents are off to Alaska so i get to house/dog/duck/chicken sit! I will still get the kids on thursday and stuff their faces with junk food.
Houston, August 12th-14th. Summer NAPE, this one is just for Drew.
Shelton,Sept 3rd- 8th. Back to Shelton for CHAUN & KARI’S WEDDING! yay! Broccoli will be there in his finest suit.
Shreveport, September 23rd-26th. Nadoa Conference, Broccoli will begrudgingly be there.
San Antonio, September 30th- October 3rd. Nalta Conference, Broccoli will definitely be there.

And after all of that. There is still hopefully San Antonio in March with my parents, a trip to Monica’s house in Idaho, and there was supposed to be a Germany trip, but looks like thats 2021.

We have decided to get a scratch off map and every year take a weekend trip together to a state we havent been. And we have to leave the country at least once a year. We will draw state names out of a hat to let us decide!
